We have a number of different booking options for you.
WALK-INS:
Our Walk-in is open 7 days week. You do not need an appointment to come see us. Our wait times are very short, especially during these times of COVID-19. We take full precautions in our clinic with masks, PPE, and other sanitary actions.
BOOK ONLINE:
For your convenience, you may book appointments online. Please click on the links below to select a day and time that works for you. You will be prompted to login into your Medeo account or you can create one if needed.

Our telephone numbers are listed below and are listed on each individual location pages as well. You can call us to book an appointment for an in clinic visit, a telephone appointment, or if you need a family doctor (see below).
LOOKING FOR A FAMILY DOCTOR?
If you are looking for a family doctors at our clinics, you may register with our office by filling out the online Patient Registration Form below. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Submit button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. We will contact you immediately thereafter. Alternatively, you can contact us for an appointment, and we will provide you with paper forms to fill out.
